- If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund for your first purchase, excluding shipping costs.
- If returning stock, it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs (we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery).
- All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at checkout and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
